Ejector type multi-blade soldered solid boring head

The speed is several times that of a gun drill, and the capital investment cost is low.

In the ejector system (double tube system), most of the cutting oil is sent to the head through the gap between the boring bar and the inner tube, reaching the cutting edge area from the outer circumference of the head through small holes in the head, and the chips flow to the discharge port through the inside of the inner tube. Some cutting oil is ejected through the slits of the inner tube, and this ejector effect creates a negative pressure inside the inner tube, allowing the chips and cutting oil to be absorbed. Since it does not require a pressure head for sealing, it is easy to integrate into existing machines such as machining centers and lathes. When not using a bushing, a guide hole is processed as a preliminary step. Intermittent hole processing is also easy. The speed is several times that of a gun drill, and the inner diameter tolerance is around IT10. The capital investment cost is not very high.

Ejector type replaceable blade solid boring head

It has been changed to a blade type up to φ25.

When not using a bushing, guidance is performed as a pre-processing step. Intermittent hole processing is also easy.
